1. Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

  • You have used no more than 20% of your allocated credits during the subscription period.
  • Refunds will be calculated proportionally, with deductions for any credits used.
  • Payment processing fees (approximately 5%) will be subtracted from the refund amount.

2. Subscription Renewal Refunds

For automatically renewed subscriptions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the renewal date.
  • No credits must have been used during the renewed subscription period.
  • Upon approval, your subscription will be immediately canceled.

3. Credit Package Refunds

For one-time credit package purchases:

  • Refunds are available if less than 50% of the purchased credits have been used.
  • The refund amount will be based on unused credits, minus processing fees.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Used credits are non-refundable.

4. Subscription Plan Changes

If you wish to change your subscription plan:

  • Annual subscriptions may be converted to monthly subscriptions.
  • One month's fees plus processing costs will be deducted.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Payment processing fees
  • Credit packages where more than 50% of credits have been used
  • Subscription time that has already elapsed
  • Requests made after the 30-day refund window
  • Used subscription periods
